Product details
How it works
Trichoderma colonises the root zone, competes with pathogenic fungi for space and nutrients, and parasitises their mycelium. It also triggers the plant's own defence response and releases growth-promoting compounds, so roots grow deeper and the crop stands stronger.
Crops
Tomato, chilli, capsicum, brinjal, cucurbits, onion, potato, pulses, groundnut, soybean, cotton, sugarcane, banana, papaya, pomegranate, citrus, grapes, tea, coffee and ornamentals.
Method of application
- Soil application: mix with well-decomposed FYM or compost and broadcast before sowing or transplanting.
- Seed treatment: coat seeds with a slurry and dry in shade before sowing.
- Drenching / drip: dissolve in water and apply at the root zone at 20–25 day intervals.
